Redcl0ud has made a few applications that I use regularly. ControlMK turns controller and joystick commands into mouse and keyboard input. XBCD is a driver for the original Xbox controller but you will need to buy or build an adapter to attach the controller to a USB port.
Not by redcl0ud but still very useful is this program that allows you to set .wav files to the drums on a rockband drum set. It's not very useful for a professional set up but it is fun and a good tool for practicing drums.
